During this graduation project, I did research and wrote a recommendation report on how HP Valves could increase the flow into their paint shop and reduce the amount of rework. This had to do with planning, special orders, amount of paint layers and different types of paint/coatings throughout the whole paint shop.

During my graduation project, I conducted optimization research on the drilling process on one of Voortman's machines. This (desk)research was validated through in-practice testing of the findings and hypotheses from the research, resulting in that the tool life of a drill can be significantly extended if a higher pressure of compressed air coolant is used.
