As a senior process mining consultant at Bright Cape, I work on various projects related to process mining. Led the technical implementation of Celonis at Rabobank. Currently, supporting the development of the center of enablement process mining positioned within the data & analytics department. As a center of enablement, we advise, onboard, guide, and train multiple departments in their process mining journey and use of Celonis to drive value for Rabobank.

Responsible for analyzing dozens of processes within ABN AMRO Operations, handling the mid- and back-office activities of the bank, using Process Mining techniques (Celonis Software). Through the analysis, process deficiencies and bottlenecks are discovered, after which steps are taken to increase quality and throughput times in the processes. Moreover, I fulfilled requests within the Process Automation & Digitization team to develop and maintain several Process Mining dashboards. For example, to monitor robot performance of the running Robotic Process Automation Solutions (RPA). Additionally, I helped set up a roadmap for the integration of Process Mining within the department of Operations.

As a graduate intern at Office Depot Europe, I developed a methodology that made the current inventory control system able to use demand forecasts as input. Therefore, allowing for a better-alligned inventory model for seasonal products.

As a student coordinator I was in part responsible for the coordination of resources for a digitalization project at the TU/e. This project aimed to prepare staff of several departments for a relocation and help them work digitally.
