After FLorèz I got asked to come work at MEDI. MEDI is a mediterranean restaurant in the center of The Hague. At MEDI, I am responsible as an all-round employee for all the tasks there are within a restaurant.

After the beach season in 2022, I was looking for a job in the city center of The Hague. Café de Florèz is a high-end restaurant focused on French cuisine. I worked here for a year with a lot of joy.

During my time in Scheveningen, I looked for a place to work closer to home, but still on the beach.

Since April 2019 I worked at the Branding Beach Club in Noordwijk. I started as a runner and grew throughout my period in this company until bartender. In the winter it changes to the Winter Lodge.

For my first internship at the Hotelschool in The Hague, I worked at the Soho Farmhouse in Oxfordshire. Soho House is a private members club with hotels all around the world. I was working in the biggest restaurant of the 3 on the premises.

After 3 months in Geneva, I went to Morgins. In Morgins I worked in hotel Club la Foret as a bartender, server and in housekeeping.

La Chaumière is the restaurant of chef Serge Labrosse (1 Michelin star). I started as an assistant in the kitchen. I also learned how to make several dishes myself and I helped the pastry chef by making the deserts. Later I also started working as a server during large dinners and parties. It was a great opportunity to learn so many different things in this beautiful restaurant.

I started as one of the 'carousel trainers' with the youngest hockey players (under 8). After that, I trained several teams and finally, after completing my Hockeytrainer 2 course with a diploma, I was responsible as their trainer-coach for the JD1 team (under 12).
