I am a socially engaged real estate professional, with a proven track record and experience in commercial real estate (strategy & transactions), and (physical) brand positioning & expansion. Combining these skills enables me to operate as an effective ‘translator’ between the real estate and brand domains, with my company Gaudí real estate & brand positioning. Utilising my extensive network, based out of the Netherlands, I focus on prime European cities and beyond, seeking close cooperation with - and on behalf of - (tech-forward) brands and investors.Examples of Freelance (interim) assignments and clients such as Emma - The Sleep Company, Gallery Salon Studios, VanMoof, and Getir, with successful results to show. In Germany, I structured a partnership with the largest hotel developer. Next to that, I was most active in the city of London, UK, expanding the (existing) portfolio and network.Prior to my dive into the hotel real estate sector, I gained my commercial experience as investment broker, as part of the Capital Markets teams at leading advisory firms BNP Paribas Real Estate and DTZ Zadelhoff (now Cushman & Wakefield) in Amsterdam.Graduated from the faculty of Architecture at Delft University of Technology, I hold an academic Masters degree (MSc) in Real Estate & Housing. I wrote my graduation thesis in collaboration with Deloitte Real Estate Advisory.
