• Reported to the Project Manager and led a team of 5 engineers on a $40M Runway 1-19 reconstruction project at Alpena County Regional Airport. The design schedule was expedited from 12 months to 6 months at the client’s request to secure funds before the fiscal year end. Design covered aspects such as aircraft arresting systems, geometry, phasing, pavement design, site grading, drainage, electrical and MALSR system (includes high/low Voltage and communication utilities).• On-site Resident Engineer in Alpena, MI from May 2023 to November 2023 during the first-year construction season with bi-weekly travel to the project site during the 2024 construction season. Responsible for documenting prime contractor and over 10 subcontractor’s progress via Appia daily report logs; provided responses to shop drawings and RFI’s throughout construction; prepared construction bulletins; prepared contractor pay applications and coordinated contractor payment with client.• Led weekly construction progress meetings with up to 25+ attendees including the client and other stakeholders including Michigan Air National Guard, Alpena County, FAA, Contractor, etc.• Responsible for coordinating the response to the RFI’s/Shop Drawings and submission of construction bulletins throughout the Construction Administration process for $200M project Runway 9R-27L Extension - East at O’Hare International Project .

• Led 5-company joint-venture design/plan production team with over 20 engineers on the Runway 9R-27L Extension- East project, with a construction cost of $175M and over 400k SYDs of rehabilitated/new pavement. The project attracted high political visibility including the attendance of U.S Senators, U.S Congresspeople, and Chicago Mayor during the Groundbreaking Ceremony.• Prepared agenda and exhibits for weekly client meetings and construction client meetings attended by various stakeholders involved in the O’Hare International Airport Project. Stakeholders include Chicago Department of Aviation, FAA, Project Manager at ORD, Airport OPS, Construction Manager at ORD, Tollway, Easement Council, etc.• Successfully prepared and obtained required easement permitting during a 2-year process for the construction of Navigational Aids (NAVAIDs) in Dupage County, Union Pacific Railroad, and Canadian Pacific Railway ROW’s/Property.• Prepared a variety of conceptual designs utilizing AutoCAD Civil 3D and estimate of probable cost reports utilizing Excel for proposals on a variety of infrastructure projects.

• Led 5-company joint-venture design/plan production team with over 20 engineers during the submittal process on Taxiway ZJ Package B and Runway 9R-27L Extension - West projects at O’Hare International Airport. Projects had a construction cost of $100M and had a variety of design aspects including phasing, geometry, pavement design, site grading, earthwork, drainage, utilities, electrical, fiber optics, and NAVAIDs.• Responsible for coordinating the response to the RFI’s/Shop Drawings and submission of construction bulletins throughout the Construction Administration process.• Provided internal RS&H training on AutoCAD Civil 3D via webinar to over 80 engineers, covering topics such as assemblies, corridor grading and fine grading tools.

• Designed airfield horizontal geometry and pavement marking layout utilizing ICAO Standards for a new runway and taxiway system with 600k+ SYDs of new pavement surface at Jorge Chavez International Airport.• Assisted in the development of the grading surfaces and earthwork quantities using AutoCAD Civil 3D.• Responsible for the upfront plan production on the $60M Taxiway ZJ Package A project at O’Hare International Airport.
