The past experiences in different types and sizes companies have taught me the value of critical and structured thinking, the importance of taking decisions in complex situations using objective data and solid analysis and the responsibility that comes from managing people.In Lavazza Group I try, together with my team, to evolve the role of the Internal Audit to a new dimension, following a trend of the international business community, which plans to combine the traditional auditing concept with a new advisory role and "internal consulting" to the company and management, in order to contribute to the development and creation of value for shareholders. If the result is the priority, the team is the “conditio sine qua non” to reach it: the team, and the people who make it up, is a fundamental component of my daily work.I make the analytical approach, the use of structured thinking, accountability aimed at professional growth and attention to the form of expression my professional foundations, which I try to pass on every day to the people working with me.
