CurrentManagement and control of the EU/Project Tool Coordinator ( PTC ) team- Defining Objectives of PTC- Continuous improvement in the technical competence for Head Lamps /Rear Lamps components- Continuous monitoring and control of activities that PTC are followingFollow molds of AL plants at Italian tool suppliers- Follow AL tools for running projects. AL plants WW placed tools at the Italian tool suppliers. Check and report to the local PTC the status of these tools until transfer to the production plants- Supporting and Following mold trials for AL project placed to Italian supplier, reporting status and open points to reference PTC.Plant support for tooling issues- Support production plants WW in tooling issues- Choosing right machine, right screw dimension and suitable parameters. Report all clear data of injection molding machines in according to those available in try-out. Follow directly at AL plant the start-up of new tools and also manage possible issue on tools during production- Report Monthly Tool Competence Centre ( TCC )- Report monthly project AL EU plants regarding organization, status and tool follow upPerform the TCC activity in EU according to the TCC rules. Reporting and control the running projects- Analyzing critical task of the project- Supporting R&D for engineering and feasibility phase- Analysis Moldflow study- Tool design Review- Make proposal for improvement based on personal experience- Follow mold trials till shipment of toolLESSONS LEARNED- Transfer Lesson learned items to the different production plants, directly in plant production if necessaryExperience with mold maker in China, Portugal, Spain, France
