I have a broad and diversified experience in several fields (e.g. Facility management, Fleet Management, office management, communication, event management, press relation, HR development, and much more) that gaves me the skills to see every situation from different points of view. When it comes to everyday work, I really enjoy working with start ups, fast and motivated people, solving difficult situations and unexpected events with calm and a smile, ending up by getting everyone motivated and cool. Besides, I don't like to keep all I know by myself, but let everybody around me be able to face every challenge by themselves. I do believe in leading by example and motivating people to reach their best. Somebody, jokingly, defined me as Winston Wolf, the Pulp Fiction movie character who "solves problems". On the personal side, I like self-irony, loyalty, honesty. Ultimately, I'm a real family man who loves diving, music, photography, reading, bricolage, cooking... last but not least a nice visit to a wine producer with my wife to discover some little gems

I renovated the role covered for about 40 years by my predecessor by introducing important innovations just like a ticketing system, a fleet management software use, the Lean management system. I've also managed the Italian offices moving with building scouting, negotiation, architects and general contractors management, with gantt and budget design and maintenance and interaction with the international board of stakeholders. Since 2023 I also manage the general affairs for our 34.000 sq.mt factory in Marlassina (MB)
