Taking into account that my working experience covers almost all aspects of continuing airworthiness management and aircraft maintenance (excluding material procurement aspects), I feel confident and very familiar with the involved processes and with the relevant regulations.Even though I mainly worked on airframe & systems, maintenance programs development and control, my latest experience in Quality Assurance allow me to better appreciate the common sense and the experience which is behind regulations and approved data and I am oriented to involve the people working with me in this view of aviation work.As said above, the activity with Q.A. completed my previous good technical and managing background, allowing me to properly review, evaluate and manage procedural and organizational aspects; furthermore the idea that compliance to regulation and good processes is not only a formal Issue (in order to satisfy the NAA’s requirements), but a very good instrument in order to improve the organization, is my strong opinion that this behavior can be very cost effective, with consequent satisfaction to all involved parts.Due to my good skills in Office Suite, I can prepare easily understandable reports, elaborate different kind of digital data that facilitate the check/control of information provided (typical of all kind of aircraft/components status), in particular excel and spreadsheets generally speaking.I am also good in technical/maintenance records check and evaluation, which is fundamental in aircraft acceptance/delivery processes.Working since 1983 in aviation business, I do love aviation world and working on airplanes. I am familiar with multicultural environment, which is the main characteristic of this industry, therefore I have developed a good communication skill also.
