In the last years I dedicated my main effort in selling IOT solutions based on technology such as pick to light wireless, kanban wireless, BLE beacon and RTLS as well as software platforms. I'm a business and market developer always attracted to new technology. In the beginning of my carrier, after a short period (2 years) as orchestra manager at Orchestra Sinfonica di Milano "G. Verdi", I started in Segesta (Milan) in 1999 as consultant; in this 5 years I gained a significant experience following different customers and projects like BPR in maintenance and logistic topics (i.e. railways, roads, fashion, manufacturing), organizational and process analysis, procedural and business planning analysis, statistical analysis, training and teaching at various tertiary institutions on topics such as company organization, maintenance and logistic (University of Milan, University of Rome, University of Bergamo). In 2004 I founded ACM-e srl, a company specialized in maintenance engineering and ICT/IOT; for 7 years my partners and I doubled the turnover every year; than I continued my collaboration in ACM-e as Account manager and business developer, specialized in ICT and automation in different industries (fashion, Oil&Gas, Heavy industry, Logistics, Manufacturing); my experience in RFID and barcode technology is focused on lean production and logistic. I have a significant experience as ICT transition manager.I coordinated a group of people for project management and marketing.
