In my last working year and a half, after have successfully followed some short term start up projects in the early 2012, i'm permanently involved in a medium time re positioning project of the Viest Spa & Relax Hotel in Vicenza (www.viest.it) After less than a year, the Hotel has enormously increase the rooms occupancy (40% is the average monthly increase) and it's brand reputation.
