Covario is a Swiss fintech start-up that provides Brokerage and custody services for hedge funds and high net worth family offices that wish to enter the Crypto assets world. - Acted as Team Lead during development of the Direct Market Access (DMA Trading) back-end service, connecting to 4 major crypto exchanges (Binance, Deribit, Kraken and FTX), using C# and .Net 6 for fast and reliable trading executions. Made use of Rest, SignalR and Websocket protocols for communications internally and externally, also use of Redis distributed caching for notifications, market data and status updates.- Part of the team developing a cutting edge new Trading platform that gathers market data from all major crypto exchanges across the world and provides low latency order execution.Front-End development using React 17 with Typescript and Redux for state management and Material UI to create features like Charts, Grids and Forms.- Maintained and updated Internal Back-End C#/.Net microservices, all hosted on Kubernetes clusters.Gitlab for sprints planning, code reviews and source control.- As a team player I also dedicate part of my time on giving support and training to junior Engineers and business associates.
