After IBM acquisition of Internet Security Systems in 2006 I continued to work as Manager for Professional Security Services in Italy.Even if the role was formerly the same with the incorporation of ISS into IBM we had a more clear role separation between Technical Sales, Solution Design and Delivery. The role for Technical Sales was moved to the Security Products line while roles for Solution Design and Delivery were related to Security Services. From 2007 to 2015 the Security Delivery team growth from a bunch of people to 35-40 people joining then in 2015 the newly created IBM Security Team which brought together the Product Line and the Security Services line under one team of more than 200 people based in Italy.
Until IBM's acquisition of ISS in 2007, I worked in the role of Responsible for Professional Security Services for Italy and EMEAThe Professional Security Services group was involved on defining and implementing security solutions for our biggest customers. I was involved since the beginning on solution proposal, requirement's analysis, technical contents definition and planning, project management, resource management and documentation.The delivery team was responsible also for the Education and Certification Program.
