I joined the MicroLab Association, which aims to improve the conditions of socially and economically disadvantaged people with the application of microcredit and ethical finance principles and with sustainable socio-economic development goals, by offering support to candidate entrepreneurs, both in the preparatory phase for loan granting, which includes training courses and preparation of business plans, than in the subsequent phase of business implementation by monitoring the performance of the company.

On the basis of proven experiences, I make my skills available for the purposes of protection of workers within the Trade Union Organization that designated me in the roles of Provincial Responsible of CISAL Steelworkers category

Since 2013 I have contributed to the development of ADACI, founded in 1968, which is a cultural and professional reference for more than thousand members working in Procurement, Supply Management, Materials Management, Logistics and Facility Management. At first as a Council member and today as President of the Center-South Section for triennium 2021-2023, I am in charge of the coordination and implementation of the association activities such as events organization, moderator and speaker at sector conferences, development of the network of members, professional training projects also in collaboration with universities.

On the basis of previous experiences, I made my skills available for the purposes of protection of workers within the Trade Union Organization that designated me in the roles of Provincial Secretary of UGL Steelworkers category, Deputy Provincial Secretary of Caserta UTL, Conciliator for Steelworkers category at the Territorial Labour Inspectorate of Caserta.

Technical-administrative support to the Commissioner body in the fields of Economic and Financial sustainability and Strategic Plans of Italian Aerospace Research Center, in compliance with the specific legal constraints of the Center and the complex framework of applicable rules to private subsidiaries of a public holding company.

Following the fruitful process review work carried out in the Management Planning and Control Department, I was charged with guiding and profoundly revising the Purchasing process, by structuring the office according to productivity growth while respecting the constraints of the Italian Public Procurement regulations, with responsibilities, reporting directly to Director General, in the following areas:★ Management of Company procurement activities of average purchasing value per year of more than 15 million euros★ Upgrade of tendering and supplier qualification processes by reconciling the evolution of public procurement rules with the private nature of the Company★ Processes digitization applied to E-Procurement procedures and Supplier Register implementation for lead time reduction goals★ Management of formal relationship with the Authority for the Supervision of Public Contracts (AVCP, now ANAC) for all company obligations in the administrative proceedings★ Support to Director General for the technical-administrative findings and the relationship with the inspection bodies

Faced with the ambitious challenges launched by the Company in presence of constraints of public finance, I was entrusted with a team built for guiding the company to the real integration and digitization of administrative processes. This target was successfully achieved with the operating result of more than 10 Mio EUR.
