I have a strong technical background in Mechanical Engineering, I'm highly skilled in technical development of complex products for Industrial Solutions sector, with innovative and high technology content, and a long experience managing small and medium teams of engineers. In the past I worked in the Automotive sector, involved in the development of products for mass-production.I'm very good in communication, I think to be an open and helpful person, my job mates describe me as capable to create strong relationship with colleagues and customers.I like travel and work directly "on field", in order to cooperate with the customers to find solutions and solve problems, acquiring at the same time skills and experience.
