CurrentOverseeing all sales activities, marketing and revenue management at Acqualina Resort & Residences, a Forbes Five Star resort and member of The Leading Hotels of the World:- Improved upper funnel and brand awareness by attending main luxury travel industry events (Virtuoso Week, ILTM Cannes and Latin America);- Exceeded 2022 room revenue Budget (+104%). #3 in STR: 145.5 RevPAR Index, in compset that includes St Regis Bal Harbour, Ritz-Carlton Bal Harbour, Four Seasons Surfside, Faena Miami Beach and Setai Miami Beach- Exceeded 2021 Budget (+172%). #3 in STR: 149.7 RevPAR Index.- With implementation of various loyalty recognition programs internally, within the sales division as well as in operational departments, achieved 50% repeat guest ratio from 2017 to 2022;- Recruit and train sales team, driving revenue results and highest penetration in consortia room nights out of Leading Hotels of the World properties in Miami - Leading marketing initiatives including Social Media strategies and execution, CRM, public relations, design, UX and messaging on website & booking engine.- Leading Digital Marketing initiatives, SEO optimization and voice vs resort schema, SEM & META strategies, Display Ads & social Ads. Upper and lower funnel strategies for highest ROAS- Coach and guide sales and reservations team to be conductors of excellence, developing genuine interest and creating handover processes for operations teams to deliver brilliantly.- Creation and execution of Marketing Plan and Sales Action Plans with quarterly KPIs. Responsible for deployment of sales team to cover key feeder markets, as well as creation of yearly marketing expense budget.- Increased open rate and CTR of transactional emails, along with reducing manual workload, by implementing new CRM and investing in automation- Working on further deepening relationship with guests and reducing cost associated with manual fulfillment of requests by implementing automated text-messaging platform.
