It Manager
CurrentPromoted to IT Manager, responsible for overseeing all IT activities across multiple countries, including:- SAAS owner: In charge of SSO integrations and budgeting, negotiating contracts to monitor prices and reduce annual costs.- Okta and Google admin: Responsible for creating and implementing user accounts, groups, rules, and policies, as well as SSO apps.- Atlassian admin: Managing all projects, groups, global permissions, and general settings for Jira and Confluence.- Handling a diverse range of IT requests (L3/L4) from our global team via ticketing systems, including hardware (primarily Windows, macOS, iPhone, and Android) and software (MDM, local software installation issues).- Providing executive staff with end-user (Individual contributors/managers and C-Levels) support and advice regarding standard office applications and best practices as they evolve to meet company needs.- Acting as a Point of Contact (POC) with stakeholders, serving as IT Project Manager when cross-functional activities are required.
