Main Customers are Mitsubishi Fuso Truck, Perkins, Tata Daewoo, Komatsu, and several others OEM.Main task of my team are:- Develop all documentation and processes required to support the serviceability in due time for SOP, including use and maintenance manual, repair manual, time repair list, special and diagnostic/service tools, training to trainers (Service Readiness) cooperating with Spare Parts team.- Manage all warranty claims for retail channel by checking warranty conditions applicability and technically supporting the Service Point to finalize the intervention.- Manage all warranty claims for OEM in self-servicing by checking warranty conditions applicability and, jointly with Quality department, agree on economical reimbursement.

In charge of product engineering development for powertrain. The department supplies projects for captive customers (FPT, CNH, Iveco, Ferrari) and Joint-Venture of Fiat Group (GAC).There are 55 internal and 20 external collaborators dedicated to the projects for engines, gear boxes, exhaust system, vehicle integration, suspension (both for vehicle and trucks) and drivelines for tractor.

Same scope and role as for the previous period due to a reorganization in Fiat Group.

Mechanical Process Engineering Manager, in charge of development of process engineering for powertrain. The department supplies projects for captive customers (FPT, CNH, Iveco, EEA) and worldwide customers (SNH, YaMZ Avtodizel - GAZ group, Severstal).Since June 2007: also project manager for YaMZ 530 program (technological, business & IT tasks for greenfield engine plant in Russia, with development platform in Turin).

Project Manager for “Functional master model-Cubing Fiat Poland 312”, “Meisterbock Fiat Poland 312” and “Iveco racks”. All these jobs require to manage turn-key suppliers for design and construction.August 2005 – April 2006: project manager “Functional master model-Cubing SAIC - Rover 75”. Also for this project the management was technically and economically, using suppliers for design and construction. Main partner supplier was Comau Germany (Heilbronn location).Project manager for “prototypal stamped parts for Ducato x250” in the last project phase.

Worldwide Innovation Manager, reporting to the Engineering Dept. Director, with supervision over 9 people (of which 6 with an University degree). My main duties are: planning and audit of the budget of the Engineering Dept.; coordination of the innovation projects (both as process and material development); contacts with Universities and Research Centres worldwide; Project Manager for the eKMS project.

Program Manager for eKMS project, aimed at the introduction of a Data and Knowledge Management system in all the Company sites. The 3-year-project is supported directly from the CEO, in partnership with Accenture and PTC. As the Program Manager it is my duty to implement and check the financial, organizational and Human Resources areas. An internal permanent team and some part time employees located in each Company site carry out the work.

2000-2001 Appointed Responsible for the Virtual Design Team of the Product Development Dept.1998-1999 Suspensions Platform at Carmagnola Headquarters. This new task allows me to acquire a good knowledge of design and industrialization of suspension components, having a direct contact with the worldwide customers starting with the order acquisition phase.1997-1998 Hired, within the Engineering Dept., as part of a new team (located at the Fiat Research Centre of Orbassano) focalised on new methodologies for the design and the production of suspension components, at the time not part of our products portfolio. I was mainly involved in the field of Structural Calculation (Abaqus, Nastran, Radioss, Magma, Flow3D, Procast), but with a certain participation in the contact with the final customer.
