- Experienced Underwriting Line of Business Head with a demonstrated history of working in the insurance industry. - Skilled in Professional Third Party Liability, Property & Casualty Insurance, Risk Management, Construction, Energy, and Commercial Insurance with solid techical/commercial aproach. - Career built in multinational companies of the insurance market. Acting in the technical and commercial areas, always with proximity to external clients (insured, insurance brokers, reinsurance brokers, reinsurers and coinsurer companies).- Experience in two startup processes of multinationals in Brazil, starting from scratch and developing new business areas.- Solid experience in people management with ability to motivate teams in pursuit of the budget.- Wide business vision acquired in the participation of committees dedicated to the discussion / definition of the strategic projects and also by contact with the different areas.- Professional extremely organized and with hability of the Office tools, especially for creating and maintaining controls and tools with Excel.- Fluent English, intermediate French and Spanish.- Academic graduation in Civil Engineering at the State University of Campinas (UNICAMP), with a postgraduate degree in Administration at Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV).
