Coordinating the creation and day-to-day activities of an innovative clinical data storage and analysis centre. The project aims to aggregate, structure and continuously analyse clinical data from hospitals in the Poznan area, expanding capabilities of local research and healthcare based on novel artificial intelligence and machine learning solutions. The project is funded by the Polish Medical Research Agency under the Regional Centres of Digital Medicine programme.

Working in one of the biggest diagnostic laboratories in Poland during the SARS-CoV-2 pandemic. Work responsibilities include patient sample material evaluation and preparation, isolation of nucleic acids for the PCR analyses and data handling. Additionally, the team leader position put me in charge of training, supervising and assigning tasks to junior staff members.
