As Head of Product (and first product resource) at Agorize, my role initially consisted of :- Understanding the strategic issues of Agorize, its market and all its services.- Defining and refining the collaboration model with the software engineering and data teams (OKRs / scrum model)- Building the Product team (Growth, Product Owners and Designers)- Developing a medium and long-term product visionThen, my role was expanded to include the following missions:- Having a comprehensive understanding of the market and the competition...- Creating a strong bond with a strong customer base- Evangelizing the role of the Product department within Agorize- Defining and communicating roadmap based on assumptions and quantified objectives- Participating in the definition of Agorize's strategic and organizational vision (member of the Executive Committee)

After having designed and launched an innovative quotation system as Scrum Product Owner (external PwC Consultant), I decided to join the Direct & Digital team as Group Sales Platform Product Manager. My main responsibilities were, with a team of product owners, to define the vision, ensure increment deliveries and participate to the roll-out of the platform in all Business Units of the Group (Worldwide).

Led or played an active role in the following significant assignments:# Five-year strategic plan definition for the General Management of an insurance company aiming at fivefolding its revenues in five years by disrupting french market.# Digital transformation (roadmap definition and execution) of the group e-commerce function of a major insurance company and roll-out of innovative digital services in Business Units# Harmonization of investment management processes, systems and organization of the French entity of a major insurance group through the implementation of a core information system# Business case definition of several initiatives for tax, accounting and Middle-Office departments of a major insurance company for CFO Go/No Go Decision.# 5-year roadmap definition aiming at providing executive committee of an insurance company with Data analysis & Business Intelligence capabilities to reach data-driven decision.
