As the Head of Software Platform at S&B, I`m responsible for the development of our PSB 2000 software platform, which serves as the foundation for all of our signalling technology products. This involves leading six teams across three different locations, ensuring that our generic SIL4 software solutions are of the highest quality. In addition to our core responsibilities, we are also in charge of the entire CI/CD toolchain, ensuring that our software development pipeline is efficient and up-to-date with the latest standards and tools.I'm also focused on driving the agile transformation. This involves working closely with all departments to establish a culture of continuous improvement and innovation, as well as helping to facilitate the adoption of agile methodologies and practices across the organization.
