As the Technical Project Lead, I managed multiple high priority continuous improvement and process validation projects for vaccine manufacturing clients in the areas of upstream fermentation, downstream purification, and CIP/SIP. Through the use of data and process knowledge, I suggested and drove process improvement efforts, and worked with teams of 5 to 40 people from across multiple departments (Manufacturing, Data Science, Engineering, Quality, Regulatory Affairs, etc.) to drive all project milestones to completion using effective planning, stakeholder management and mediation.

As a Process Specialist, I identified process improvement opportunities in the areas of upstream fermentation, downstream purification, and CIP/SIP of commercial vaccine processes through manufacturing data analysis using statistical process control (SPC) methodologies, secured buy-ins from stakeholders (usually 3-5 departments) to implement changes at commercial scale, and authored relevant technical documentation (e.g., proposals, project charters, protocols, reports) to support improvement efforts. Additionally, I also supported manufacturing deviation investigations by providing technical assessment reports to prevent batch disposal and enabled cost saving.

As the Project Leader, I lead continuous improvement initiatives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment; activities included 1) identifying the problem area, 2) performing market research and recommending the best solution after stakeholder consultation, 3) coordinating activities to implement changes (scheduling, facilitating meetings and contractor visits) and 4) keeping track of overall project progress and monitoring of results post-implementation

I assisted in validation activities for the expansion of an existing process which included coordinating project tasks, collaborating with stakeholders from various teams to get validation approvals, writing various validation reports, preparing raw data packages.

In this role, I provided support for the manufacturing of licensed vaccine products. This included coordination of on-going project activities, data analysis of manufacturing data for technical reports, preparation of project presentations, and performing various microbiological tests in the lab.

As a Student Records Assistant, I assisted in the management and maintenance of student records by preparation, issuing and/or storage of documentation to and from the university faculties, students, and external agencies. I also analyzed student data and prepared presentations with useful insights for the on-going improvement projects.

My duties include: • engaging with the recruiters and the students to answer any of their questions and providing information; • distributing promotional materials around the campus about these fairs so students can take as much advantage of the on-campus recruitment opportunities as possible.
