- Lead mechanical, electrical, and manufacturing engineering teams providing complex product design, testing, and modeling/drafting for various off-highway construction and agricultural equipment.- First domestic team lead to utilize low-cost country offshore engineering resources for design and drafting support. Developed associated processes and best practices to manage workflows.- Define project scope, technical approach, and budget, ensuring projects are completed, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality; promptly troubleshoot any problems that arise to maintain project schedule.

- Oversaw team of 18 electrical engineers; staffed and managed all electrical projects out of the Davenport office.- Coordinated efforts with internal and customer design teams as well as customer manufacturing teams.- Primary client liaison, directly responsible for client satisfaction; set appointments with prospects and clients, identified their needs, executed presentations, closed transactions, and managed projects.- Oversaw the development of wire harness best practice design and development guideline to expedite on-boarding of new team members.- Provided tactical boots on the ground support for customer build events at manufacturing facilities and provided production line electrical troubleshooting support.- Traveled internationally (Hermosillo, Mexico) to provide technical support to client Supplier Quality Assurance personnel at wire harness vendor location.

- Developed project scopes, timelines, and budgetary estimates on self-driven harness projects for the Combine, Corn Head, and Draper Header platforms at John Deere.-Completed several self-directed projects including a vehicle harnesses for AGCO’s MT700 Challenger tractor and a wiring harness for a selective catalyst recirculation cabinet for Caterpillar OEM Custom Products.
