In 2021, the Create + Conquer brand was successfully acquired by an undisclosed buyer. I subsequently transitioned the clients, portfolio, and book of business to establish Accomplish. This move ensured the seamless continuation of high-value digital solutions, maintaining our commitment to excellence and growth in serving Boston's Enterprise clientele.At Create + Conquer, my focus was on business development. I successfully acquired over $5 million in new business and accounts. I worked closely with all teams to improve the account intake process, project scoping, and ran user experience workshops to facilitate collaboration between creative teams, developers, and clients.I also implemented processes and teams that helped us retain 60% of our clients annually, without any turnover. Additionally, I trained and mentored new business professionals, contributing to the company's significant growth. Create + Conquer achieved an average annual growth rate of approximately 40-65% YoY.

Kickstarting projects on time and within budget was always (and still is) my top priority. As a main contact for clients interested in new websites, applications (web/mobile), marketing campaigns, and branding, my diverse responsibilities included: User Experience strategy, Interactive Direction, Account Management, Marketing, and Solution Provider.

In late 2010, I took a brief hiatus from the agency world to partner with well known Boston start up PerkStreet as their interactive director, working closely with the marketing, development and data analysis teams. With the marketing team, we rapidly produced marketing campaigns to increase customer acquisition. Additionally, we created brand continuity, implementing full documentation for brand use and guidelines. With the data analysis team, we focused on improving the content flow of the main website. Our efforts decreased customer service calls and increased client acquisition. With the development team, we were tasked with executing marketing initiatives. We held daily brainstorming sessions to develop campaigns, flesh out new ideas, etc. I would then refine these ideas and turn them into website, branding, social media landing page and email newsletter campaigns.While I returned to BlueLuna in April, 2011, I continued my relationship with PerkStreet until the company dissolved in September, 2013.

Michael Austin Productions was a small group of designers and developers working across multiple disciplines. Within our first year, we successfully launched several social media campaigns, mobile applications, social networks, marketing websites and animations. In 2009, Michael Austin Productions merged with BlueLuna to provide a wider range of service offerings to our clients.
