Echo hired me as an all-rounder, wearing many hats and driving change across the entire organization. My main responsibilities include:PMO Lead (25%)As Echo’s PMO lead with strategic decision-making authority, I’m in charge of establishing a cross-departmental project management office (PMO) between the software development, IT, and service desk departments at Echo, with the goal of having a functioning PMO by end of 2015.JIRA & Confluence Administrator (25%)As Echo’s JIRA & Confluence administrator, I executed the initial setup and configuration as well as the cloud to on-premise migration, implemented the AD integration, supervised the time entry integration with our CRM and accounting system Connectwise and currently work on connecting Confluence with Sharepoint. I am also in charge of all future system improvements and integrations.Lead Scrum Master (25%)Lastly, as a Senior Solutions Advisor and PMP-certified Senior Project Manager, I manage several software development, IT and DAM projects through agile scrum, waterfall and mixed approaches.Change Manager (25%)As Echo’s lead change manager, I implemented agile scrum methodology throughout the whole software development team using JIRA Agile and Confluence. This included all developerslocated in the U.S., Bosnia & Bulgaria as well as all Echo software development clients.
