I am also in charge of all future system improvements and integrations.Lead Scrum Master (25%)Lastly, as a Senior Solutions Advisor and PMP-certified Senior Project Manager, I manage several software development, IT and DAM projects through agile scrum, waterfall and mixed approaches.Change Manager (25%)As Echo’s lead change manager, I implemented agile scrum methodology throughout the whole software development team using JIRA Agile and Confluence. This included all developerslocated in the U.S., Bosnia & Bulgaria as well as all Echo software development clients.
