Within Teijin Aramid we have started the transformation to standardize and globalize our business processes. This involves implementing global solutions throughout our processes including operations (MOMS). Our ambition is to provide sustainable, efficient, robust business solutions that provide a solid foundation for our digital transformation. My various teams including Digital and Data support our end-to-end processes and help to unlock our company and factories while living our core values: Passion, Unity, Respect and Excellence. Before joining Teijin Aramid I was Global Lead Operational Technology within Royal Friesland Campina. I was responsible for the factory automation of 15 locations (some have multiple factories) across Europe, US and Asia. Together with the factories we balanced the need for the digital transformation and data driven manufacturing, with core initiatives on capability building of my site OT departments and digitizing our factory workforce. For 7 factories a standardized MES Platform (Rockwell CPG) has been implemented which we maintained and continuously improved. Our focus areas are performance, robustness, integration and standardization in order to meet our factory demands including zero (un)planned down-time.Before joining Royal Friesland Campina I worked for a Big4 company as a(senior) manager. I advised companies amongst others in the industrial sector, consumer sector and non-profit on the control / optimization (efficiency and effectiveness) of business processes, often supported by ERP systems. In addition to advice, I guide client teams and / or colleagues implementing various projects. The duration of assignments varies from 10 days to a year (part time).
