From a young age, I’ve been fascinated by how my father runs his retail business. Working in various roles under his guidance, I gained valuable insights into frontline management. However, I realized there was much more to learn, particularly in the behind-the-scenes aspects of business operations. With technology rapidly transforming industries, I felt the need to continuously update my skillset, which led me to pursue a diploma in Business Management, specializing in Supply Chain and International Business. Understanding that supply chain is the backbone of business operations, I aspire to expand my father's business into international markets. I am also determined to further my education in business management at the university level, seizing every opportunity to build both academic knowledge and practical experience.In addition to my academic pursuits, I serve as a Senior Cadet Inspector (SCI) in the National Police Cadet Corps (NPCC). After graduating from secondary school, I chose to return and contribute to the development of my juniors, helping them grow into disciplined and capable leaders. My involvement in NPCC continues to be a significant part of my life. Through organizing and facilitating events of various scales, I have honed my leadership and event management skills. Every experience offers new lessons in personal growth and leadership, and I remain committed to continuous learning and self-improvement.
