Project Manager
CurrentProject Management • Drive, plan, oversee and track all the projects till closure. Consolidate and track project deliverables such as initiatives, deliverables, project meetings, budget planning & utilization and to make sure the scope of each project is delivered on schedule within allocated budget. • Manage relationship with project stakeholders, including internal and external clients, keeping stakeholders informed of progress and issues in order to manage expectations on all project requirements and deliverable.• Provide clear communication of the project’s objectives, fostering a shared vision and motivating the project team to achieve successful outcomes. • Create a project environment that enables peak performance by team members.• Conduct risk analysis, develop contingency plans, and identify trigger events and responsibilities for initiating mitigation actions. • Maintain project documentation and regularly update relevant knowledge management systems, including Confluence and JIRA.• Analyze lessons learned and share insights with the organization's project management community.
