As CTO of YesFlow, my job is to listen to customers and figure out how we can turn the hard, cumbersome, time consuming, or seemingly impossible tasks into simple easy solutions for mobile professionals. My specialties include a deep knowledge of Enterprise Architecture, Conversational UI, speech recognition, chat bots, the Microsoft development stack, cloud platforms, cross platform mobile development, and BI Platforms. As a technology professional and leader for the past 24 years, my work has allowed me the opportunity to travel globally, meet many different people, be exposed to a variety of industries, be immersed into cultural diverse environments and work with some of the brightest people. This experience and perspective has proven invaluable in finding new and creative ways to solve problems with technology.

As the Vice President of the CRM Development group at Hitachi (formerly Customer Effective). I was responsible for building a team of highly skilled software and technology professionals. My job was to organize teams to deliver on customer engagement projects. Our group focused heavily on extended the Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform through integration, mobile, and portal solutions.

After the successful acquisition of ClearCheck by FirstData, I transitioned to a consultant role to assist in post merger acquisition. My primary role as a consultant was to help migrate software, technology, solutions, and processes to FirstData check collections and receivables platform.

As the CTO and co owner of ClearCheck, my role was to create the best account receivables platform possible. This role allowed me to focus on using technology to efficiently process receivables from the point of return, data entry, call processing, payment processing, acd routing, predictive dialing and letter dunning. ClearCheck was sold to FirstData in an acquisition in 2006.
