About Maverick Thamaratwiphak

Hi! My name is Maverick. I am a culinary artist with a mixed passion for food and cocktails. At the age of 18, I began pursuing my career in Culinary Arts at Le Cordon Bleu Pasadena. At the age of 20, I moved to Thailand - where I attended I-TIM - graduating with a Hotel and Tourism Management Degree. I am trained in the art of European and Asian cuisine, as well as Mixology and Bartending. My travels throughout Asia and the US have molded me to the artist I am today. I love entertaining and gathering guests with food and beverages. The joy I see in these guests is what drives my passion. This warmth has encouraged me to become the artist I am today.Currently my experiences has taken towards hotel operations and it has been the most phenomenal experience that I will carry with me.
