I have been programming and tinkering with servers for more than the past 12 years. Starting from a background in security and branching out into numerous programming languages over the years, I started what is now Otlay Interactive from a pool of almost entirely repeat and referral business and have been able to add to our ever expanding technical skillsets and growing client list.I've always lead with a philosophy of simplifying business workload for our clients as well as making them more efficient through the use of existing and custom developed resources. Our first published pieces of code enabled site owners to cut almost 90% of their overhead for streaming web videos at a time when the technologies involved were at their infancy and adoption from web developers was at a minimum.
