The family business was established over 35 years ago and I have taken the Sustainable Small Scale Retail Entrpeneuer. Setting the direction and establishing the desired image for the business. Seeking new directions and ways to improve and grow the company. Overseeing financial  I certainly did not but there are many parallels and skills i use and learn that complement this phase in my career. I run the end to end business across the value chain.

The Shell International Trading and Shipping Company has gone through significant change over the past 12 months including the acquisition of the BG portfolio into its business.In my role I am •Shaping and delivering business change in a newly formed leadership team•To manage business change ensuring all business impacts arising from projects are identified and tracked and that maximum benefit is gained from the changes •To track and force action on key commitments during the change project (dependencies, risks, issues .)•To manage the key stakeholders and periodically report back to senior stakeholders •To interpret and manage the business risk generated by the business change and manage risks appropriately.• To support the extensive agenda on peoples development, motivation and ability to embrace a collaborative culture in the newly formed team

Involved in the end to end value chain from Supplier to Customer bringing the Project to Final Investment Decision involved in strategic early phases through to the detailed design of finance operations with the JV partner.
