Mike Vigil is the co-founder of Systems MD and is based in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Mike has enjoyed a 20 year career in the IT Field. He specializes in providing cost effective IT solutions to Systems MD’s many clients. His experience in various aspects of Information Technology has allowed him to be very proficient in managing projects from the initial sale through their completion. Prior to co-founding Systems MD, he served as one of the Lead Engineers for a large IT consulting firm where he was responsible for many consulting projects for a vast array of clients. Prior to that, he served as an Operations Specialist in the US Coast Guard, for 8 years, where he held a Top Secret Clearance and served as a network administrator for an advanced communication network. He earned a bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems from the University of New Mexico, magna cum laude.Specialties: Systems MD, a service disabled veteran owned small business, is an Information Technology (IT) service and consulting firm which first opened its doors in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Systems MD was founded in 2006 by Daniel Woeber and Michael Vigil. In 2011, Systems MD expanded operations into the Dallas - Fort Worth Metroplex. We currently provide network and computer support to over 200 businesses and government agencies throughout the State of New Mexico and Texas.
