I joined KPMG Shanghai Transaction Services team in November 2014, focusing on serving the needs of multinational clients, domestic listing companies and PE funds investing in inbound and outbound investments. I assisted her clients in understanding the unique China investment environment as well as outbound investment environment, providing buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence, SPA assistance and other transaction related advisory services. I also accumulated extensive experience in financial advisory service on completion account and closing dispute assistance on large and complicated engagements. I led the team on several key engagements, including leading the financial due diligence fieldwork, drafting the DD report, report to client and providing assistance in valuation and SPA. I accumulate many experiences in various market sectors including medical, consumer market, TMT, automotive, manufacturing, education, etc. I attended oversea secondment program to PE team in transaction service function of KPMG London office from March 2017 to August 2017 and accumulated many experiences in assisting PE funds in the potential investments or exit of Europe and US investments.Prior to joining the Transaction Services team, Mavis worked in KPMG Shanghai Audit department for four years, specializing in manufacturing and telecommunication.
