Manage three functions under Walmart China Hypermarket Merchandising Department: Supplier Development, Interactive Bidding and Commodity’s Cost Increase Defense. - Supplier Development: responsible for strategic supplier partnership projects; leadership Top-to-Top meetings with suppliers; supplier performance management. - Interactive Bidding: deigned and standardized auction rules and process of Merchandising team; actively explore category auction needs and make auction strategies specifically for each category. - Cost Increase Defense: designed the mechanism and policy regarding item cost increase defense, provide rational theory and statistics support for merchants to negotiate lower cost; monitor the market price change of key commodities and other price factors.

Managed two categories one after another with yearly sales of over RMB 300 million and 200 million respectively, responsible for category performance in all Walmart Hypermarket stores in China. Both categories have well performed and outgrew the market.
