I am now working in the Administration & Finance Department in Global Exchange Hong Kong Limited, performing functions including provide accounting and administrative support to the Administration & Finance Department, e.g. monitor credit card transactions, calculate discrepancies, handle cheque related issues. Also, I assist the Legal and Compliance Manager to handle company secretary issues, e.g. keeping resolutions of Board and Shareholder meetings, renewal of BR and Company Registry filing. In addition, I am responsible for general administration duties such as managing office supplies, managing filing system, and create invoices.
