1. Preparation of group consolidated financial statements and handle annual report preparation.2. Perform financial review and analysis of the management accounts.2. Review monthly subsidiaries' management accounts.3. Handle taxation, accounting and legal related matters. 4. Liaise, manage and support all internal and external audit activities and compliance matters.5. Review and implement controls and ensure compliance to regulatory requirements.6. Ensure appropriate financial regulations, company policies and guidelines are in place and follow at all the times.7. Identify potential reporting issues and ensure accuracy of results.8. Provide accounting advice on business operation matters.9. Assist in identifying, mitigating and monitoring the company's operations and report to CFO.10. Liaise with tax agents on holding and subsidiaries taxation matters.

• Undertaking audit and lead a team to perform in various industries such as trading, construction, manufacturing, services for companies and listed companies, IPO as well as non-profitable entities. • Travel to overseas to handle audit engagements such as Hong Kong, China, Myanmar and Cambodia.• Perform analysis of controls and processes, preparation and review of audit documentation of the companies for financial reporting. • Lead and manage a team of audit assistants to perform audit and review of audit working papers as well as provide coaching to the assistants during the audit.• Perform review audit on the component auditors of the subsidiaries of the companies and listed companies in Singapore, Malaysia and Philippines. • Review the information for quarterly announcement for listed company.• Review of the consolidated financial statements.• Preparation and review of audited financial statements in accordance with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS).
