• Preparing quarter forecast and annual budget
• Consolidated and analyse monthly financial result at group level
• Work closely with Assistant Director & VP Finance for monthly review, adjustment and closing
• Prepare board presentations and financial presentations
• Preparing financial planning, analysis and compilation of business metrics reports
• Preparing monthly revenue, direct cost analysis and profitability scenario analysis

• General AR activities include contract milestone tracking, monthly billing and intercompany invoicing for 4 different business lines.
• Follow up closely with Project Manager & Director on the unbilled WIP.
• Monitor, maintain and reconcile assigned general ledger account.
• Reconcile customer statements and correct discrepancies as necessary and prepare aging report on time.

• Payment process for local & overseas vendors
• Process and verify staff claims reimbursement in line with company policy
• Assist in month end and year end closing, inter company settlement, preparation of audit schedule
• Ensure smooth and timely completion of monthly closing of AP accounts and resolve any discrepancies and issues
