Rocker is a neobank based in Stockholm with its roots in the lending space. In the course of a year we went through rapid growth from a company with a single product to a having 4 product areas. - Scaled and organized the software development team to accommodate the growth of the business which included growing the team in Stockholm to 3x the size and onboarding 2 offshoring centers. This also meant we needed to build dedicated IT, DevOps and Data Science teams.- Managed the technical side of the regulatory complexity that comes with financial products and a Payment Institution License such as audits and anti money laundering routines.- Worked closely with the product development teams to ensure they had the right technology, partnerships and skill sets to develop and release products at speed.

Prisjakt is one of Europe’s biggest price comparison services. The Content team acquires price and product data from over 12,000 online shops in 8 markets and ensures the quality of the content to gain and maintain user trust. I led a team consisting of 100+ people in Sweden and Poland covering development, data analysis, program management, operations and support and was responsible for all content served to our 8+M monthly users.

Traveled the world and crossed quite a few things off my bucket list. Studied and got some university credits. Thought about what I wanted to do when I grew up. Still working on that last one...

Global Solutions is a team of Technical Account Managers within Google Technical Services (aka gTech). We provide pre-sales (e.g. presentations and proof of concepts) and post-sales (e.g. implementations, optimizations) support for publishers all over the Asia/Pacific region. They cover products such as DoubleClick for Publishers, DoubleClick AdExchange, AdMob and AdSense.My role was to start, build and run a team based in Singapore, Gurgaon, Tokyo and Sydney to serve a customer base of ~1000 publishers across Asia/Pacific.

I managed the Partner Solutions team in APAC. We are an engineering team working on technical integrations with external partners with presence in 6 locations.
