Developed Somaliland Environmental and Social impact assessment guidelines with supported environmental assessment preparation, review, and monitoring and evaluation.Contributed to developing and implementing climate change and environmental policies, strategies, and action plans.Conducted environmental assessments and impact studies to evaluate the potential consequences of development projects, policies, and activities on the environment. Provided technical expertise and support in the development and review of environmental legislation, regulations, and guidelines. Prepared reports, briefings, and presentations on climate change and environmental issues for internal and external stakeholders.

My role and responsibilities include; • Maintains payroll information by designing systems; directing the collection, calculation, and entering of data.• Updates payroll records by reviewing and approving changes in salaries, deductions, and job titles, and department/ division transfers.• Coordinating the implementation of the payroll system.• Payroll auditing and controlling among with the MDAs. • Supervising the installation and implementation of appropriate financial management and internal control systems to minimize risk and fraud• Ensuring effectiveness and functionality of Payroll record management system including general, confidential and personnel records• Maintains payroll staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
