• Write and edit proposals for the CEO and Sales Managers.• Collect final payments on completed projects.• Provide thorough updates to all of the CEO’s clients ensuring the client is fully up to date, questions are answered, and samples are approved for projects.• Perform lead generation activities such as: working home shows, performing direct sales activities, and following-up with previous contacts in order to initiate sales activities.• Write and edit proposals for my own projects.• Manage the projects I acquired through my own and/or the CEO’s sales activities and relate all necessary information to the accounting department, production team, and sales managers, as required.• Ensure all required paperwork such as: work orders, contract cover sheets and job estimates are completed and submitted to the accounting department.
