• Work with the Director of Recruiting in building analytical and statistical player reports for both recruits and possible transfers• Assist team in both in-game and day-to-day activities, including set up and clean up, and completing any other task requested• Prepare the basketball facility for recruiting visits• Assist in workouts of team alumni and NBA players in addition to current players

• Write for the volleyball beat for the Miami Hurricanes Volleyball team’s 2024 season• Write multiple types of articles including game recaps, profiles, and opinion columns• Attend home games to interview players or coaches if necessary

• Wrote a variety of articles ranging from sports to entertainment for both the print and online versions of the student newspaper• Created the crossword for every issue of the print edition• Worked with a group of students, either writers or editors, to produce the paper at a high standard • Interviewed various people for either profile articles or for quotes • Formatted and edited articles to be suitable to be put in the newspaper• Performed the layout for every newspaper issue using Adobe InDesign

• Operated clock and scoreboard as well as set up and clean up for practice• Traveled with team to road games and out of state tournaments and events• Mentored and oversaw other managers to prepare them for the daily responsibilities• Recorded the official score and statistics for home and away games• Analyzed game film and statistics through team’s Hudl account and conversed with the head coach about my findings and feedback
