About Max Abbott

My passion is bringing people together through sport and love to be part of teams that think big and make it happen! Consider myself a true all-rounder that specialises in media and communications but with a track record of delivering results across PR, digital, event management, commercial, marketing and community engagement. Following 10 years working in the media, I’ve transferred those skills into sports events and administration. I’ve been fortunate to be part of world class teams delivering ICC Cricket World Cup events across Australia, the United Kingdom, India, New Zealand, USA, the West Indies and Zimbabwe. This is in addition to two incredible years working to help grow the game and cricket events in Hong Kong.
