Max Agress is a Director of Broadcasting at Diablo Valley College. He possess expertise in interpersonal communication, group communication, adept problem solver, sales force, social media and 23 more skills. Colleagues describe him as "I’ve had Max on the Sales Support team for nearly a year and half now, and he’s one of the most genuine, smart, and personable people I’ve had the pleasure to lead. His enthusiasm for helping others is the backbone for all his achievements, be it troubleshooting complex cases for our sales team, or building training material for new Sales Support team members. This desire to assist others is not a skill that can be taught, yet Max innately understands that in order for cross functional teams to work in a cohesive unit, you have to be willing to help those who reach out to you. The outcome is trust and respect amongst team members, which ultimately improves work processes throughout the org. Max is also a quick learner, and has a talent for problem solving. I rarely had to repeat instructions when training Max, and oftentimes he’ll take the knowledge he’s learned to problem-solve new issues that crop up. Max also exemplifies a great deal of resourcefulness, never shying away from consulting subject matter experts for aid in order to provide the best solution to a problem.
