- Developed a Salesforce product to sell through Kensington that automates shipping quote retrieval by seamlessly integrating a company’s existing database with trucking companies’ quote retrieval APIs. This tool also offers quick order placements with the received quote IDs. This software is being used by a skylight manufacturing company with a run rate of over $20 million. – Done in Jan 2024- Synchronized data from a SQL database in an ERP system to Monday.com by mapping fields between systems and creating a layout of boards in Monday.com.- Set up a group of project management boards for an IT programming consulting company. Set up the process flow and automations for these boards to boost productivity.- Collaborated on project teams to develop board layouts and functions.

- Created a chatbot on the official Commercient website to automate customer service and help potential clients get immediate answers to their questions regarding sales, company policy, and product information.- Coded a reward function for the AWS Deepracer car which uses machine learning to traverse racetracks. Was first taught basic machine learning by a CompSci PhD coworker. This project was done for social and educational reasons within the business.- Gained proficiency in using Zoom and collaborating virtually with customers and coworkers.
