Hi, ich bin Max – Diversity-Experte, Gründer und CEO der Diversity Factory GmbH, systematischer Coach und Changemanager (i.A.). Mit über 20 Jahren Erfahrung im Vielfaltsaktivismus und 10 Jahren als Berater für Unternehmen, Institutionen und Organisationen habe ich eines immer klar vor Augen: Vielfalt ist keine Checkbox, sondern der Schlüssel für echten Wandel.Die Gründung meines eigenen Unternehmens war für mich kein gewöhnlicher Schritt – es war der Beginn einer Mission. Mit der Diversity Factory setzen wir uns für eine Arbeitswelt ein, die gerechter ist und mehr Menschen den Zugang zu fairen Arbeitsverhältnissen ermöglicht. Gleichzeitig unterstützen wir Unternehmen dabei, nicht nur auf dem Papier, sondern auch in der Realität vielfältiger und zukunftsfähiger zu werden. Und das Ganze immer mit dem Ziel, die Wirtschaft zu stärken, während wir die Gesellschaft voranbringen.Was mich ausmacht? Ich passe in keine Schublade – als queere, trans nicht-binäre Person aus einer Arbeiter*innenfamilie und mit einer Neurodiversität lebend, breche ich mit Konventionen. Diese Vielfalt spiegelt sich auch in meiner Arbeit wider: Ich denke jenseits der gängigen Boxen, um Lösungen zu finden, die echte, nachhaltige Veränderungen ermöglichen. Persönliche Erfahrung und professionelle Expertise gehen bei mir Hand in Hand. Genau das inspiriert mich, Unternehmen dabei zu helfen, Vielfalt nicht als Trend, sondern als essenziellen Erfolgsfaktor zu verstehen.Bisher habe ich über 50 Unternehmen erfolgreich auf diesem Weg begleitet, über 500 Führungskräfte geschult und unzählige Fachkräfte weitergebildet. Mit der Diversity Factory habe ich nicht nur ein Unternehmen aufgebaut, sondern eine Plattform geschaffen, auf der wir gemeinsam mit einem großartigen Team an der Gestaltung einer besseren Zukunft arbeiten.Mein Wissen gründet nicht nur auf Erfahrung, sondern auch auf fundierter Bildung: Ich habe am Institut für Public Health der Charité Universitätsmedizin Berlin promoviert und befinde mich in der Ausbildung zum systemischen Coach und Changemanager.
