My passion is working with men and women to discover their strengths and to explore the unknown territory of who they are so that they can make the best choices from all the options available to them. I am a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT) and have extensive training and experience in brief therapy models: Solution-Focused, Brief Family Systems, Focusing, and Internal Family Systems (IFS). In addition, I have training and experience in Relationship, Parenting and Collaborative Divorce Coaching. My training with the Coach Training Alliance, the Relationship Coaching Institute, and with several organizations using the International Academy of Collaborative Professionals model has provided me with invaluable skills for working with individuals, families, professionals, and others in-person, over the phone, through email, or online.I'm also passionate about the value of individual Integrative Psychotherapy and have been trained and certified in Integrative Body Psychotherapy (IBP)
