Design Lead, Process Engineering (March 2017-Feb 2019)- Deliver 20+ design packages per week by managing scope, schedule, and budget for team of 25 that are specialized in four separate engineering disciplines including architectural, electrical, mechanical and structural.- Review package scope requested by client and assign design team according to designer skill level, workload capacity and client schedule demands. - Perform quality control checks on designer submitted work at four design review stages prior to preparing final package content for release to client.- Seek answers daily to meet client demands while maintaining commitment to contract and given budgets.
