Worked on the summer NCS schemes in a team leader role. Responsible for young people on program. Coordinated the delivery of several skill based sessions for young people. Delivered effective and innovative activities to meet the needs of the young people in my team. Maintained health and safety procedures and ensuring safeguarding procedures are adhered to.
